What to do if...

...you have no hot water.

If your tank is Electric:

• Check fuses and breakers
• Make sure you have 20Amp fuses

If your tank is Gas:

• Make sure your venting is clear outside
• For Power Vent water heaters, please make sure that the tank is plugged in

...there isn't ENOUGH hot water, or your tank is leaking.

...your hot water is discoloured or smelly.

Please call @home Energy at 705.675.0525.

Please note:

Any service call where the technician finds the tank to not be at fault will be charged back to the customer.

After events such as a power outage, please check your electrical panel if you find that you have no hot water.
